K N K Petroleum, Inc., and its affiliates (KNK), is comprised of real estate holdings, several going concerns including an immigration law office, a retail petroleum operation, a property management company, and trust management operations.

 

The affiliated companies are: Pacific Services Group, Inc. a real estate holding company; K & A, Petroleum, Inc., a property management company; Immigration Corp., Inc., a law firm; Kubein Irrevocable Trust, an irrevocable trust comprised of three high value properties in San Francisco: a mid-rise mixed-use office/commercial building in downtown, a commercial building in the Excelsior district, and a 21-unit apartment building in the Nob Hill area.
